Evanston Police Department - Certified Officer

The Evanston Police Department is currently seeking a certified officer.  Applicants must hold a current Wyoming POST certification or are certified in another state, and are eligible for challenging Wyoming POST.  The current hiring range for an experienced officer is $48,000 to $52,988 annually depending on experience.  Starting salary for certified officers with no experience is $45,691 annually.  The City of Evanston has 8 hours starting vacation, 11 paid holidays, 4-10 work schedule, car per officer, medical, dental, vision, life, and participation in Wyoming Retirement.  Eligibility for retirement at 50% after 20 years, increasing 2.5% per year afterwards with a maximum amount of 75% at 30 years.  Position will be vacant until filled.  Interested applicants should contact Lt.
