2023 Homicide Investigator's School - Sandy, UT

Don't miss the 2023 Homicide Investigators School to be held November 6-9, 2023 in Sandy, Utah.

The topic this year will be mass shootings and multiple victim murders. You will gain insight from two experts on Mass Shootings/murders in America, including the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting, the Aurora, Colorado Batman Movie Shooting, Columbine, and others. Both instructors have extensive experience with suspects and the psychological defects that make a person start planning a mass murder. One of the instructors is intimately familiar with the Las Vegas Mandalay Music Festival Mass
Shooting and you’ll gain insight into how this whole horrible event unfolded, what went wrong, how we can legally spot future suspects, and where we all went wrong.

We also have a lineup of five different police officers who will present on cases ranging from two victims to five victims.  These officers will give you personal insight into cases they were the lead investigators in. You will hear from several detectives who investigated Domestic Violence mass homicides in Utah over the past several years as well as a disturbing double murder involving two teenaged victims, crossing
jurisdictional boundaries and other roadblocks.

You will get firsthand information and insight from a police officer who was a concertgoer at the Harvest Music Festival in Las Vegas with his wife and another couple. You will hear about the terror of such an event, the pandemonium, how his years of training as a police officer kicked in, and the aftermath of being a police officer and victim in the largest Mass Shooting in American History.
