Cody Police Department

Cody Police Department will host two sessions of the National De-escalation Training Center De-escalation: Principles & Practice course. This premier training is endorsed by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services and certified by IADLEST. There is no cost for the training as it is grant funded.  Also, it is for anyone and not a train-the-trainer.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Best Western Ivy Inn and Suites, in Cody.  A law enforcement discount has also been applied.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

MADD Law Enforcement Impaired Driving Summit NHTSA Region 8 – June 21, 2023 

 

Objective:  To bring together front-line law enforcement from across the Rocky Mountain States to discuss impaired driving issues and strategize solutions. This one-day summit is designed to educate, encourage, and thank law enforcement for YOUR work removing impaired drivers from our roadways. You truly are our last line of defense, and your work saves lives every day! 

Attendance is free and lunch will be provided.
