What: 2026 WASCOP Leadership Conference

When: April 27 - 30, 2026

Where:  The Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center, 800 N. Poplar Street, in Casper, Wyoming.

The vendor portion of the event begins Monday the 27th with set-up. Vendor displays will open Monday afternoon through Wednesday, the 29th. Setup can be done anytime Monday morning. Please join us at the Leadership Conference, and partner with us in making this a valuable and impacting event.

** Early Bird Special – Vendor Booth price will be $450 until February 1, 2026.

After that, price will increase to $550.**

 

Vendor Booth registration will close April 15, 2026.
